For the Rip prompt, I did Jack the Ripper. I could have gone with the R.I.P. play on words to fit more with the spooky theme, but I wanted to keep it simple in both the concept and the visuals.

I’ve always been fascinated by the legend and the mystery of Jack the Ripper. I spent a lot of time as a kid hunting for books about him during library time at school. Aside from Victorian-era slashers, I also hunted and read books and articles about cryptozoology. These were the weird stuff that made me love reading before I eventually discovered comic books.

Not sure the fog and the light worked great with each other, but I’m happy with it.
